There's NEWS on the Yahoo Group Photo front

Starting the week of November 21st, we will be upgrading Yahoo! Groups photos.

Not all groups will be affected immediately; the changes will take place gradually over a 4-6 week period.

The upgrade will:
allow for moderation of the photos uploads (in the same way you currently can moderate messages);
alert users on the web site when new photos are uploaded;
display all recently posted photos on a special "new photos page";
offer a larger display option for photos.

In addition, thanks to some help from the Yahoo! Photos team, photos will now be stored in "albums" rather than folders. The good news is that albums will now display the first photo in the album as a cover photo, and the owners of an album will have the ability to sort the photos.

So look for the look and feel of this part of our Group to change soon !
